everyday the thought of commiting is always in the back of my head although i never go through with any of the plans I make. I don’t know when things will ever get better or when ill ever stop thinking about it. one day I might just go through with one of my plans.
It’s understandable that you may be feeling overwhelmed by your thoughts of suicide. I want to remind you that you are not alone and help is available. It’s important to speak with a mental health professional as soon as possible to address these thoughts and develop a plan for coping with them. If you don’t have a therapist, you can start by calling the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255) or your doctor. They will be able to connect you with the right resources to help you.
You can also try to distract yourself with activities that you enjoy, try to focus on your breathing, remind yourself that these thoughts are temporary, and try to reframe negative thoughts into positive ones.
It’s important to keep in mind that having suicidal thoughts does not mean that you will act on them. With the right support and help, you can learn to manage these thoughts and regain a sense of hope and control over your life. Remember to be kind to yourself and take one step at a time.
Awful times come and go, but bad times come to me and only me.
When my loved ones tease me or if I’m in a good mood, somehow someone manages to make me cry, I start to have suicidal thoughts.
