everyday the thought of commiting is always in the back of my head although i never go through with any of the plans I make. I don’t know when things will ever get better or when ill ever stop thinking about it. one day I might just go through with one of my plans.

To help cope with these thoughts in the meantime, engage in activities you enjoy, focus on your breathing, remind yourself that these thoughts are temporary, and reframe negative thoughts into positive ones.

When my loved ones tease me or if I’m in a good mood, somehow someone manages to make me cry, I start to have suicidal thoughts.
