I feel blank, antisocial, very likely bipolar

I feel blank, antisocial, very likely bipolar, have been suicidal, planned on killing myself in the past, and made an elaborate plan to murder my ex-stepfather but came to the conclusion that I’m far too young and don’t have the proper materials for it… and I just feel blank, idk whether I’m happy or sad, idk if this is normal… it might also help to know that I have some psychopathic tendencies, by that i mean a lot of but whatever

It sounds like you may be experiencing a variety of symptoms that could be related to bipolar disorder, which is a mental health condition characterized by shifts in mood, energy, and activity levels. Symptoms of bipolar disorder can include feelings of euphoria or mania, as well as feelings of depression or hopelessness. Other symptoms can include changes in sleep patterns, difficulty concentrating, and changes in appetite.

It’s important to speak with a mental health professional as soon as possible to determine if you have bipolar disorder or any other condition. They will be able to conduct a proper evaluation and make a diagnosis. They can also work with you to develop a treatment plan that may include therapy, medication, and other forms of support to help manage your symptoms.

It’s also important to practice self-care during this time. This can include getting enough sleep, eating well, and engaging in activities that you enjoy. It’s important to be kind to yourself and keep in mind that getting help is a brave and positive step towards feeling better.
