I feel blank, antisocial, very likely bipolar

I feel blank, antisocial, very likely bipolar, have been suicidal, planned on killing myself in the past, and made an elaborate plan to murder my ex-stepfather but came to the conclusion that I’m far too young and don’t have the proper materials for it… and I just feel blank, idk whether I’m happy or sad, idk if this is normal… it might also help to know that I have some psychopathic tendencies, by that i mean a lot of but whatever

You may be showing signs of bipolar disorder, a mental health condition marked by mood swings, changes in energy and activity levels. Symptoms can range from feeling overly happy or energetic to feeling depressed or hopeless, and may also include disrupted sleep, trouble concentrating, and alterations in appetite.

It’s crucial to reach out to a mental health professional promptly to get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. They can assess you and determine if you have bipolar disorder or another condition, and work with you to develop a customized plan that could include therapy, medication, and other types of support to manage your symptoms.

Take care of yourself by getting enough sleep, eating well, and engaging in activities you enjoy. Remember, seeking help is a sign of strength and a step towards feeling better.
